WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER?

To track an order once it is placed, input your order information here for the latest details. Please note, orders placed on Second Home will not be visible via your the-citizenry.com account, as Second Home is a separate, third-party platform.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales of Second Home items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order shows that it has begun processing, your order unfortunately cannot be canceled.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOUR TEAM?

The Citizenry team is available 6 days a week, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM ET and Saturday between 11AM and 4PM ET via email. Send the team a message at assistant@the-citizenry.com.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order will arrive in 5-8 business days. Occasionally there are delays in FedEx delivery service due to inclement weather. To see if your area has been impacted by local service disruptions, Fedex regularly updates delivery exceptions which can be found here.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

We offer $12 flat-rate shipping for all Second Home orders. Your order will be shipped via FedEx and will arrive to you in 5-8 business days. Our shipping fees help cover the cost of processing returns and repackaging.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can make changes to your delivery address up until your order has shipped. To change your order contact assistant@czsecondhome.com. Once your order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

The Citizenry: Second Home delivers to all 50 states in the USA, excluding APO/FPO Addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

DO YOU OFFER PROMOTIONS OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON SECOND HOME?

Any offers or adjustments on the-citizenry.com are not applicable on the Second Home site. All sales of Second Home items are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
