The Citizenry: Second Home features good-as-new returned designs ready for their next chapter. We believe a beautiful and well-crafted home is made by investing in pieces that stand the test of time and make the smallest impact on the planet.

Here’s how it works:

  • Step One: Inspection. Second Home includes any returned items in like-new or refreshed condition. Our team receives and inspects all items to identify what can go on to a second home.
  • Step Two: Repackaging. Each piece is repackaged, and if needed, is cleaned & refolded, so that it arrives to you in good-as-new condition. Heads up - some of the original packaging elements, such as a hangtag or dust bag may be missing!
  • Step Three: Resale. By diverting good-as-new items from the landfill, we're committed to reducing waste and making the most out of every product. We’re excited to bring a bit of beauty to your home - all up to 35% off.

What is second home?

The Citizenry: Second Home is The Citizenry's third-party partner for good-as-new returned designs ready for their next chapter. Items are inspected and processed to ensure they meet our quality standards, and then repackaged and sold at 35% off of original retail prices.

Where can I find my orders?

To track an order once it is placed, input your order information on the View Your Order page for the latest details. Please note, orders placed on Second Home will not be visible via your the-citizenry.com account, as Second Home is a separate, third-party platform.

How are products priced?

Products are assessed based on our two returns standards: Like-New and Refreshed. All products are up to 35% off of retail prices.

What is your return policy?

All sales of Second Home items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
