The CitizenryThis shower curtain is one very stylish way to make a statement in a room that is, let’s be honest, often overlooked. Meticulously hand-stitched using a technique called fil coupé (which means “cut threads”), each woven stripe has its own unique, delicate textured fringe. And with the organic drape of the lightweight cotton, it’s the perfect way to take your bathroom from utilitarian to spa-like retreat.
Each shower curtain is handcrafted by a group of 32 master weavers in Kannur, India. From start-to-finish, each one takes almost a day to complete. All made in a fair trade environment.
